Digimiles started in a small room with two people who had spent years deep inside India’s messaging industry – at operators, at companies building the infrastructure behind every crucial SMS that keeps Indian enterprises running.
Between the two of us, we had seen the industry from every angle. We’d seen what good delivery looks like. We’d seen what bad support costs a business. We’d seen platforms built to scale, we’d seen them fall short when it mattered, and how even the big names in the market do unethical practices to cut costs. By 2016, we knew exactly what we wanted to build – and what we don’t want.
So we started.
