Promotional - Using this route, you can send SMS related to offers, marketing and other promotional activities.

Transactional - Using API we cans send OTP, alerts, reminders and other notifications automatically to registered users only.
Customers who wish to send informational messages to their registered users can use transactional account. After payment you will be asked to provide below details:

#1. Undertaking Agreement - It needs to be printed with details on your company letter head with authorized sign & stamp. You will have to share us the scan copy of the same and undertaking letter can Download from here.

#2. Sender ID - Should represent the name of your website/app/product/organization/educational institution and fixed 6 alphabetic. For example - DigiML

Yes, you can sign up for free trial. Simply enter your details like Name, email, number and your purpose for SMS and get 10 free texts. Later if you decide to buy, you can connect with our sales team for further procedures.
In promotional you can't, as there is automatic DND filtration is available in our promotional SMS platform as per TRAI guidelines. If you find some vendor is offering you such service then don't fall for it. You will have to pay penalty of minimum 10,000 INR if DND user registers a complaint against you.

In Transactional route you can, but SMS has to be purely informational such as OTP, alerts, notifications, reminders etc and you must have customer's subscription form with you.
Our SMS API comes with free of cost which can be integrated with your CRM or website to send real time SMS such as OTP's. It only takes 10-30 minutes to be up and running after you make the payment and provide us the undertaking agreement.
Sender ID is short form identity of sender. It must be 6 alphabets which should represent your brand name in short. You can add multiple sender ID's your account.
160 characters = 1 credit, 306 Character = 2 Credit ( Which means 153*2 = 306), 459 Character = 3 SMS Credit ( Which means 153*3= 459) and this list goes on up to 1500 characters. However sending text up to 800 characters is advisable for instant and guaranteed delivery.
The validity will be lifetime for any package that you buy.
Promotional SMS account will be activated instantly and transactional account will be activated within 10-30 mins after you provide us the undertaking agreement and sender ID.
We will notify you about your low balance in prior. You just need to buy the credits and we will top-up the same within 5-10 minutes.
Yes, you can send in any regional languages as supported by the operators. Here the limit is 1 credit = 70 characters, 126 Character = 2 SMS Credit ( 63*2 = 126) and so on.
We request you to go to reports section in your account dashboard and view the SMS reports. Reports will be appear after 3 minutes once you completed the campaign. This time might varies depending on the quantity of numbers you have sent.
We do not provide mobile database for SMS marketing campaigns. You have to use your own database.
Your data is completely safe. Digimiles doesn't share or pass on any of your data that you utilize on our portal. Cloud based AWS storage and secured transmission medium are security controls and standards that we've implemented.
Yes, you will get tax invoice for every payment that you make into our company account or online. Within 24-48 working hours you shall receive the same. If not, Please request us the same at info@digimiles.in.
Go to your dashboard-->Send SMS-->Bulk SMS to upload contacts via excel file or to send customized SMS in bulk.
Yes, you can schedule your messages by selecting schedule option in your dashboard.
